TST BOCES offers various summer school instructional programs targeting a range of learners in the community.
Regional Summer School - Designed for students seeking credit recovery or new credit courses during the summer term. Regional summer school programs are open to all students in the TST BOCES region, although students must be enrolled by their home district.
Regional High School
Traditional classroom setting, six weeks of instruction
PLATO
Completely online, web-based setting for High School students, six weeks of instruction
Regional Middle School
Traditional classroom setting, for Middle School students who need academic intervention services in literacy & mathematics, four weeks of instruction
We provide two summer school options for an extended school year, per IEP specifications:
Extended School Year (ESY) - Tailored for Exceptional Education Students enrolled at TST BOCES, identified through their Individualized Education Program (IEP) as eligible for year-round instruction.
Regional Extended School Year (ESY) - Designed for Exceptional Education Students from our component/regional school districts, identified through their IEP as eligible for year-round instruction.
TST BOCES Career and Tech Center offers a one week long summer camp for students in grades 5-8.
Techapalooza Summer Camp - While this is not a summer school option, the Career and Tech Center hosts Techapalooza, a CTE summer camp where students in grades 5-8 get to explore various trades and are taught by our CTE teachers. Camp runs July 15, 2024 - July 19, 2024, 9:00am-12:00pm. Visit tstboces.org/summercamp for the application and more details.
Regional Summer School
Regional Summer School is for students seeking academic credit. Registration is open May 16, 2024 - June 28, 2024. Please contact your home school counselor for enrollment.

CTE Techapalooza Summer Camp
Students experience the trades as each day brings a new teacher, a new activity, and a whole lot of eye-opening experiences!
Registration is open April 1, 2024 - June 17, 2024.
