New York State and Federal Labor Law Information

The New York and Federal Department of Labor requires all New York businesses and businesses across the United States with employees to prominently post a number of labor law posters and notices, covering topics such as the minimum wage, health & safety, and other important labor laws, in the workplace.  In addition, New York Labor Law requires that NYS employers make these notices and posters available  electronically to all employees.
