Course Description

Students in this program learn metal-working processes that include; welding, cutting, grinding and custom fabrication while working with steel, aluminum, and other metals commonly found in modern industry.

Operate a blow torch to construct metal art sculptures, iron art, and creative ornamental projects.  Discover how to manipulate metal to design new projects or repair cars, bikes, motorcycles, etc.

Daily projects help reinforce skills in stick welding, MIG and TIG welding, flame-cutting, plasma cutting, and plasma cutting.
